DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICIES
Same day fresh flower delivery:
We offer same day delivery for all orders placed before 3pm. We are a florist in Spotswood and we offer delivery to many suburbs across Melbourne.
Delivery times for orders placed on the same day are completed before 6pm.
Orders placed in advance or before 3pm the day before the delivery date have an option of an am or pm delivery which can be requested in your delivery notes at checkout.
Pick up orders:
For same day pick up please place your order before 3pm and allow a minimum of 3 hours for your order to be prepared. For next day am pick ups please pace your order before 3pm the previous day. Look out for your confirmation of completion email before coming in to collect your order.
Florist discretion:
As for all fresh flowers, all pictures and flowers are subject to seasonal availability. Although we strive to duplicate each product, florist discretion is used as necessary.
Delivery locations:
If you cannot find your delivery location it is possible that your suburb is not in our delivery range. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this. For regional areas in Victoria, interstate and overseas deliveries please contact us directly and we may be able to organise this for you via our member Flowers Relay Network.
Hospital, Work Address and Funeral deliveries:
Please provide specific details about the delivery address, especially for a work address, hospital or funeral service.
For hospital deliveries please contact the hospital before ordering to obtain the patients correct full name, ward and room number.
For funeral deliveries we require the deceased first and last name, the service providers business name and the service time.
For work address deliveries please provide the business name as well as the address and latest delivery time.
Extra costs will apply if we are given the wrong address, if the driver cannot gain access to the property, if the recipient has been checked out of the hospital etc. In this instance, the flowers will need to be returned to the shop. A return fee and re-delivery fee would be required.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery the flowers will be left safely at the front door. The courier will also take a photo as proof of delivery and record the delivery time. Our responsibility/liability ends at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any possible theft or damage to flowers as a result of late collection.
Complaints:
All complaints must be put into writing within 24hours and a photo of proof of the complaint must also be attached.
Deposits:
For all custom orders, pre ordered Events & Weddings. A 20% deposit is required to lock in the order. This applies to orders of any value.
General online or in shop order cancelations/change of mind:
If your order has not been made, a full refund will be issued; minus a $15 administration fee and the cost of the payment processing fee if ordered online.
If your order has already been made, your deposit will be lost.
If you had paid upfront, you will receive a refund minus the 20% deposit fee.
